Robert what size BBQ you using? Have temp gauge on it?

Instead of using the in house over for a turkey roast I did it one time on the BBQ,it turned out well;tu

I recently replaced my 10 year old 2 burner with a new 4 burner BBQ and I have to install a temp gauge on it so I can do more serious cooking.

You have my address see what you could do bout overnighting those.

they sure are good to i had to help myslef to two pieces already yum yum

bill its a three burnere 40k btu with big hood
i cook bread on it alot and even lasagna and stuffed shells, and did i mention the manicotti :D

the easily burned bottom items get sent on a cast iron griddle to help disttibute the heat, plus the burner directly under the food is usually left off.

we did a pizza out there at 500F and MAN on MAN it was like a brick oven,
i am leaning now to get aproval for an outdoor kitchen and get an infared cooker.

We cook almost everything out side for about 1/2 the year just to keep the heat down in the warm weather. Anything you can do in the oven can be done on the grill as long as you watch the temps.
