Question Pitman arm

I installed a dropped pitman arm today. But I don't know if it's torqued good. I did 350 but I tap with a hammer and could tighten it more. Should I do that until its tight or is it good enough? I worry I'm gonna strip the threads

just slam it on there with an impact. That's all we do in a shop situation. If you want to make double sure, drive it for a couple days then nail it again.

Ya I ended up takin the nut off, I have another one here. Threw it on with an impact, my torque wrench goes to 325. It was at least there, so I'll hit it again after a few miles to be sure.
