My truck had all the injector orings replaced. Three or four days later i was driving and white smoke came out and it started knocking at the stop light. I pulled off the road and shut it off and had it towed back to the shop. They said it was the #8 injector that was dumping diesel into the cylinder. I have high millage so we decided to replace all the injectors with Stage 1 remans from Beans. They put them in and tried to start the truck for about 15 seconds and it hydrolocked. They removed and cleared cylinders and they said they thought the center 2 injectors on the passenger side seemed to be flowing more than the others. They reassemble and tried to start the truck and hydrolocked it again. WTF!!!!!! The shop said the same 2 injectors caused this. Anybody PLEASE HELP ME! The truck has been in the shop for a month!!!!!

Sounds like an injector cup or o-ring is allowing more fuel into the cylinder. Could also be a bad nozzle. Like stated above, call Bean.
