When I try to lock/unlock the doors with the button, the locks kind of "twitch" but don't go up & down. I'm tired of having to manually do it when I know I'm supposed to have power locks, lol. It's been like this since I bought it.

What causes them to do this?

BTW, the windows work perfect. They raise/lower at 697 mph (it seems).

A manual binding, a faulty door lock actuator or bad connection.

Ford put in some very poorly made acuators for a few years, and most of them failed after a period of time.
I've book marked this sites to replace mine (they are all out), just have not gotten around to it, yet.

You can either replace with actual replacement parts from a vendor PowerStrokeShop or you can get some less expensive actuators on web. BUT they are not a direct bolt-in. Your choice.

Hope that helps some!:sweet

If they all 4 go out then replace them with the same ones I found and use. http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=330-010 these are really cheap and work wonderfully. I have replaced all 4 of mine with these and so far 8 months later they still work. Thinking about for the price getting 4 more just incase. Took about an hour to get the first one on then about 20 minutes each after that. Had to monkey with the locations but after that it took longer to take the panel off than installing the locks.
