I have a 2003 f450 4x4 6.0 auto w/ 165k miles. problem truck does not want to go past 3000-3200 rpm, it gets to 3000 with pedal to floor and does not want to shift, if you do not let up on pedal it will start smoking,if you let up it will shift and truck pulls with out smoke, I have changed oil,filter,fuel filters (2) and cleaned EGR, the previous owner had a recent turbo replace by local shop, could they have missed something, truck runs smooth and does not smoke or skip when you crank it cold or hot. any ideas thanks for any help
