Power Tube

I am switching to a mbrp 4" exhaust system soon. And I wanted to know if anybody has the MBRP power tube on their 4" system. Do you mount the tube near the turbo outlet?

Uh, you'll have to help me a little on the power tube. I have the Cool Duals and LOVE THEM but I don't know what the power tube is...
