Never even heard of it before - so I googled it. It appears to be a Quadzilla Xzillaraider that has had the labels changed to the PPE. Matter of fact the install instructions still show the "Xzillaraider" labels in the pictures.
Personally if I was you - I'd just get the Quadzilla instead of fooling with someone who is just selling someone else's product under their name.

Now since we are talking about the Xzillaraider - I think it's an excellent box. Has several safety features that I like - and it makes great power. Very smooth power to be exact - heck you don't even know it's there until you ask it for it. I have used several other products and don't ever plan on using anything else. Quadzilla

I just tryed the PPE on my truck for a couple of hours and have to say that if you like good throttle response and lots of mid range power then this is for you. Also tryed the triple dog from bully dog the same day and have to say the bully dog is alright from bottom to mid but the top end of the power band blows the ppe away. For every day driving i would go with the ppe very responsive right away. For the power bullydog. I would go with the ppe but its not ajustible on the fly and bully dog is with the on look monitor. So I am going with bully dog. Hope this gave you some ideas.
