preventive maintenance

does anyone have the fluids and capacities for my f250? I found an owners manual on line, but it didn't have much for diesels. maybe a maintenance schedule? I have a little bit of a hum when I let off the go pedal. I don't know when the last maintenance was done, except for the oil change I did when I first got it. So I want to go through the fluids and change them all and grease all the fittings I can find.

1. Engine oil............15 quarts. Make sure to use a diesel rated oil such as Delo or Rotella
2. Transmission fluid......18 quarts (includes full TC flush) approx 9 quarts just draining pan, Mercon ATF.
3. Transfer case......2 quarts of ATF
4. Coolant system.......Approx 7 gallons of your favorite Green or Gold, green will need DCA added and Gold wont.
5. There are four grease zerks, all in the front end.
