Question about the new engine...

I had traded in my '04 F250 last november for an Escape (I know, but i couldn't afford a new diesel at the time), but this fall im looking at getting a new 6.7, but im already hearing stories that the engine is having problems. I am not going to tune it or do anything to it, its going to remain stock for a long time, so is there anything that i have to fear about this engine? Its going to be my long distance and daily driver.

I have not heard a lot of bad things about the new 6.7. With any new engine you always hear the bad things, but with the new 6.7 there has been very little.

I've had mine for a year now and have about 25k miles on it. I really hated letting my 7.3 go....but I can say with confidence that I love this truck! Motor has a ton of power, has not given me any problems and the truck drives and rides like a dream!
