Quick HELP please

ok so i got a 99 350 and im leaking fuel from somewhere.....looks like it is from the fuel filter area cuz it is pooling on the intake mani.....anybody else have this problem? i cant really tell where exactly it is coming from i just know it is from the fuel filter area......then i see that it drips out of a hose under the water pump area...the hose it is coming out of leads to nowhere.

I would have to guess that the O-ring in your fuel filter drain lever have gone bad. Very common problem. Give me a moment and I will try to find a old post with the part numbers for the o-ring and the directions. Other than being tight to get to it is an easy and cheap to fix.

hey Nick. i have a 99 f250. i recently had the same problem, although mine was only coming out the tube you speak of. that tube is the h2o drain tube the fuel filter. i tried tightening the four hex screws that hold the drain valve onto the fuel bowl. that solved my problem. give that a shot and see if it solves your problem....if not then its the orings
