ran poorly and now no run at all

My 2008 6.4 diesel was running fine this morning. I just got the oil changed 2 nights ago. Drove into town and it started hesitating...wouldn't run over 1500rpm and very hesitant. Parked in town and let it sit for an hour. Went out and started it and it would idle but I couldn't get enough power to drive. Now it will only run for a second or two before it sputters to a stop.

I had the fuel filters changed about 20000 kilometers ago. Could this be a bad fuel pump??
Oh yeah...it has 195,000 kilometers on it.

egr valve

Looks like it was a sticking EGR valve...cost to replace....$1500. May as well have been the fuel pump.
