Rat chewed through my vacuum line

Just noticed this line the other day, it appears to go to what I assume is a vacuum for the front hubs. I figured I could just add a bit of hose and a few couplers, but the line appears to be slightly larger than 1/8”. Does anyone know what size hose this is, and perhaps where I could get it? local autoparts stores were clueless.
