Rear Blocks.....

I don't have my truck yet to check this but are the rear axle blocks on the 2012 the same as my 1999.5 F250??? (Ie - F250 2" block, F350 4" block)

When I go to Ford Parts and look them up for a 2012 F250/350 it gives me part #5598.

I have a new set that I never installed on the old truck that have part #F81Z-5598-FA

I am wondering if I could use the ones I have to raise the back end of the new truck a little.
