My Check Rear Parking Aid message just started to come on each time I put it in reverse. Has anyone experienced this and is it an easy fix? My sensors are clean, although they seem to be getting a little bit of a corrosion look along the edges.

Have you recently used a newer stinger in your receiver hitch. When I got a new one for a trailer, it was long enough that the sensors picked it up and sound the alarm.

X2.

If I have my adjustable ball hitch in the lower two positions.. the sensors will pick up on it.

I had a bad sensor and it threw the warning to me each time I put it in reverse until I replaced it. The dealer can plug in and tell you within seconds.
