Hand Sanitizer is your best friend! Just Sayin'!

I had tremendous sap deposits from a campsite directly under Bull Pines. It made a huge mess of my 5VER nose. After trying several recommendations I ran across a small bottle of hand sanitizer and tried it on a small spot.

It immediately desolved the pitch. Using a quarter sized drop at a time on a terry cloth towel it took me literally 10 minutes to completely clean the nose of my fifth wheel.

I will be keeping a bottle of this in my tool box!

Thank you for the welcome. I have gleaned a lot of knowledge from FTE site in the 6.0L diesel forum and have had my issues with the engine.

That aside there is nothing better than hooking up the powerstroke to our 5ver and getting lost up in the woods somewhere!

here is a photo from our last Outbackers.com Acadia National Park Rally. The nice shiny Fifth Wheel nose in the background is yours truly.

Man, that's a big club, I love hooking up our fifth wheel and just going anywhere.
We have lots of nice rivers and lakes with camping here in Ark.
I hope I get to go to your state one day before long, but this $4.00 a gallon diesel
is a killer.
