Right front window

Right front passenger window goes down but not up. 06 F-350 6.0 diesel. Switch works but the 2 wire connecter to motor seems to not be right. Were does the ground come from? When I switch up down I lose the ground for up. Tried jumping motor and works fine. Tried new motor and still same. Heard there may be somekind of module or relay for switching hots and grounds side to side.

Ended up taking it into a small local shop and was the drivers side master switch bad. Who'd a thunk it was on the other side where the problem was!!
