My 2003 f350 has just started idling a little rough? any possible solutions or is it an injector problem like im fearing?
rough idle and take off?

Change the oil to 5W 40 oil and see if it runs better, Mine did!

How are the filters? If you think it's injectors have the local repair shop buzz test them and then you'll have a direction to go in. Also check the injector harness on both sides to be sure your plugged in. Check engine light on?
