I have been reading a lot about the RSK with the SD springs. I just have a few questions that I can't seem to find answers to.
IIRC, the Super Duty V codes dont give any extra lift but have a softer spring rate, and ride the smoothest, while the X codes add 1-1.5" of lift and are still smoother then the OBS springs.
My question is, if I go with the 3" RSK and the X codes, that will give me 4-4.5" of lift in the front, correct?
Also, If I do go with the X codes in the front will I need longer shocks, brake lines, and a pitman arm???
My other is about doing a Rear shackle Flip.
I was thinking about going with Super Duty Springs in the rear as well.
What is the difference between Super Duty rears if any? Do some add lift do some ride smoother?
Also, If I do go with super duty springs in the rear will I be able to do a Rear Shackle Flip?
My main goal is to have a smoother ride, 3-4" of lift and the truck to sit level.
thanks,
Justin
