Alright so I used some new oil and allowed running time to circulate through the system and clean the old crap out of the injectors. The problem seems to have resloved itself, now to work on the stumble in the trans.
Also the connector mentioned is the injector connection, I used four zip ties to hold it in place and the beast runs fine. And I thought i would be working on vehicles less with this one. SO much for easier than the TDI.
