Slight drip oil plug

I changed the oil/oil filter today (2002 F350) and have always noticed a very minor drip at the oil drain plug. I always use the M14 cooper washer and tighten the drain plug without over doing it. I know the Fumoto is available, but I am not interested right now. Any other ideas?

use a nylon washer instead (better crush properties).
