slight Hesitation

my truck has started to hesitate at stop lights it an auto and it only does this in gear espicially in reverse anybody have any ideas what it could be i have 203000 miles im pretty sure im leaking diesel from my fuel bowl o ring

hesitating as in slipping ? If so your tranny might be on it's way out.

could be my TC is going out my tranny was just rebuilt but the TC has like 30k on it its getting replaced this week hopefully
