slow sliding rear window

My rear window has realy slowed down to a painfully slow slide, almost to the point of not closing.
is there a lube access behind the panel for the motor and cables? silicone spray? 3-in1 oil?

The Ford DVD does not show any lube on the rear slider. It is one cable that is sheived than opens and closes the window. You will gum it up if you add any lube. My guess is that it needs to be cleaned out (the tracks).

I'm going to try some dry silicone spray in the tracks too. see if that helps. I didnt see any dirt in the lower track.
