Smoke inside cab

Yesterday I towed one of my trucks up many steep grades on one hill EGTs around 900-1000 smoke came in cab in between dash and windshield anyone have a clue 55k on the clock 4inch exhaust kn intake banks transcommand and edge program mer on tow setting 60hp 100torque.happenned twice please help thanks.:dunno

Might be an issue where the high EGT's from the downpipe may be heating the fiewall up causing something to get hot on the inside of the cab??? :dunno:dunno I'd look at the clearance between downpipe and cab/firewall.

I dunno, it's a shot in the dark.

Looked at that today the aluminum type foil looks alittle burnt up towed the same load before with no problem.thanks for the response

Oil fill cap on tight ?? Good seal betweem the Turbo & Downpipe ??

Is the foil burnt or is it blackened with soot from an exhaust leak? Also check the driver side valve cover. There is a small 90* hose that goes into the intake. See if it came loose.
