Hope someone took some pictures.
Wow, sure was a lot going on today. Lots of road trips this time of the year. I was hoping to go to OKC for the weekend to see everyone again. Got a call a few weeks ago from a shipmate who lives in New Castle, Delaware. He said they were headed this way and would love to stop by for supper. Hadn't never met his wife and not seen him in 35 years.
I took the northern boy out for some Southern Fried Catfish, Hush-puppy's, Frog legs and BBQ ribs. He couldn't get over how good the food was and his wife loved the frog legs.
It was real good to see him again after all of these years.
