Question Spare Tire Crank

Does anyone know where I can order a spare tire lowering tool? The long rod that you crank to lower the tire. Cant find one anywhere.

should be able to get one from ford dealer. Our a salvage yard

some take a special key not sure about your year ??.. that can be sourced at the dealer ,, they have a kit they bring out and try untill they find the right one
