Folks,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome crumm and Tbar to the staff here at SDD. They both have played an integral part in helping us get off the ground in our first year on the net. Both are very knowledgable and level headed. I want to personally thank them for all they have done and for what they have agreed to do for us down the road also. Please join me in congratulating and welcoming them.
