Stock brake line length & fitting

hey, i was wondering if anyone knows the stock brake line lengths and the fittings used? i am trying to get a quote for custom lines but i've no idea the stock length or the fittings, fitting sizes.

96 f350 4x4 crewcab

Yes, i am installing a 5" front 4.5" rear lift reverse and flip shackle kit.

I have the Skyjacker Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines.

Very good product and it comes with everything you need.

Part Number is FBL91 for Front
Rear is RBL90. (But probably isn't needed)

I have ran them for a few years now and are holding up great.

They are Braided Stainless Steel but have a protective outer clear poly tube around them.

I got them from David at 4 Wheel Customz 1-800-743-4320.

I think they run about $90 or so.
