Took a trip with Dad this last summer to get another trailer in CA. On the way out I took a scenic side trip instead of the Interstate for a change. Picked up the Mojave Road just off the Cima Road exit from I-15. Glad I did it...and glad I had 4WD.
Anyway...a few photos of the trip.

typical road section...lots of whoops and loose sand. Not alot of rocks.
