Help Needed Superduty gasser dash quit help

well the dealer said there was a short to ground in the dash and they identified it as a circuit, and they only charged $330.00 to fix it, and they replaced fuse #45 10amp that was blown which i had checked that fuse and it was good so im still not sure i believe them about the circuit or not but my dash is fixed and i did not have to buy a new one. So if i had put the new dash in without haveing them check it i may have spent more money but i will never know.
