bilstein makes good resovoir shocks that will fit a superduty.. not sure about a chase system.. you might have to just lift it way more than you need to and wear a mouth piece and kidney belt... maybe somebody else knows of a kit... i will say that skyjacker makes some dang good springs
that being said if your wanting to build a pre runner i might shy away from a 3/4 or 1 ton in any brand they are too heavy find a 1/2ton or a small truck they wont self destruct as bad
if you just want a 2wd lift kit with resovoir shocks they are easy to find, just get a kit and upgrade the shocks
