Taking dash apart

Hey there all new here and I need a little help. I need to change the heat blend actuator on my 08 it is on the top of the heater box. I was told I need too take the dash off. Now do I take the steel sub frame off as well. I have one screw I can not get for the life of me. It is I the middle of the dash at the back facing away from me and the defrost vents are right there as well

ok well i spent a couple more hours last night to see what i could do.... i finally got the heat blend actuator in... you do not need too take the dash off but you need to take all the screws off except the top ones that are right by the window.... then you need to take the vent spliter off it sends air to the 4 round vents then you can get at the actuator... what a pain... now i know why ford charges 6 hours to do the job if you know what your doing for me 8 hours to get to that piont... and another couple to put everything back together again...
