I would make one in a heartbeat if I had some cutting and welding skills.

That actually looks pretty damn cool. They def did a great job and I would love to see what the inside looks like. I saw a 5th wheel camper on craigslist that was actually an 80's Ford Econoline van with the gooseneck hitch. It looked pretty cool.
