Just noticed a tick comming from the front driver side wheel. Don't know what it could be. It is a rythmatic tick that only sounds when I am going roughly 35 or better. Lock outs are in the free position. Could i have a wheel bearing out or is it something in my lock outs?

Sure you don't have a small rock in the tire tread? Could be the wheel bearing or something in the hub too. The word "rhythmic" tick makes me think small rock in the tread hitting the pavement.

I dont believe its in the hub. I jacked it up and there are a combination of ball joints going. Ill fix em and see if it quiets down.

i dont know the 94's...is your truck 4x4 ? while you have the
front end down for ball joints take a look at the hub bearings...
im assuming theyre needle bearings (since thats what ford seems
to use in current 4x4 systems).

also dont know the mileage on yours but it seems the wheels bearings
are the top of the list for owner servicing.
