I have a 08 Super Duty 6.4L,I have owned my truck for 5 years and it has 95,000 miles, I have changed the oil every 5,000 miles and use a Wix filter and Rotella 15w-40, the trans oil gets changed every 10 to 12,000 miles, with plenty of time on my hands due to the virus I got to thinking the antifreeze has never been changed since I have owned the truck, the PO was very deliberate about maintaining this truck and I suspect it has been done but not sure, I looked at the owners manual and it recommends Motorcraft Premium Gold, I see Rock Auto has it but what else works or maybe better? Also, If I drain the radiator how much should I expect to need? Thanks for any help...This is my 1st post as a newby.
