What do I need to do to fit 33X13x18 toyo tires on a 97 f250?

Shimming the front bumper out a little should be all it takes. They may rub on the springs a little when you turn to full lock.

No, just shim the front bumper out a little.

could I do the RS on a f250?

Yes you can. You can build your own or purchase one from Sky Manufacturing. Off Road Unlimited only makes them for the F350.

do I have to do anything to the frame to make it work? In Sky's site it say that I have to buy the drop brackets. Where could I buy them.

Most lift manufacturers make the drop brackets. If you plan on keeping the truck for long converting to a D60 would be better than installing the drop brackets.
