Trail ride

Yesterday a few guy and gals from the off-road club I belong to had a little get together in the woods. It got up to -3 but with no wind. We have had over 50 inches of snow so far this year but it has settled out a bit. About a dozen rides showed up. Just a few pics. Warmed up from the -22 we had a couple days ago. Breaking trail was a little hard but only one u-joint broke the hole day. Yellow toyota is mine and son drives my Bronco.

Nicest thing about 4x4 in snow is when your done you don't need to wash it!!
just put it in a warm garage.

You know that looks like a lot of fun, but there is no way I could stay
warm in temps like that. It got down to 9 here the other day and it took me a week to get warm. Glad everyone had a good time.

Believe me when I say (you get used to it) three weeks of -30 and -5 feels like a heat wave!!
