Hey Everyone,
New to the community and have a question. Recently bought a 2002 F250, seem to be having problems with the transmission. Shifting through all gears fine, after shifting into 3rd about 35-40 mph a bad vibration in the steering wheel starts. Anyone have suggestion or ever have similiar problems? Any help greatly appreciated.

Its a 4X4, edge juice with attitude, afe cold air, 4" from the turbo. problem has become much worse just in a day, feels as if it is going to fall apart, gets worse with accelleration above 35mhp

I'm thinking a trans problem is not going to affect the steering wheel...

I'd be looking more at a mount broken or something of that nature..
maybe something in the front suspension..

How bad of a vibration , it could be the stabilizer shock . I had that happen in the past . I actually got a little dangerous . At about 30 - 40 mph it would vibrate a little , then it got worse , and worse , finally got to where it would just about rip the wheel out of my hand . Thats how I figured out what it was .
