how hard is it to drop the tranny on my 02? I have the skills, just want to know any tips or tricks that anyone may have. I need to replace the front seal.

If you have the basic skills their isn't much to it. I always drain the fluid out of the transfer case and transmission first. Another good thing to do is drain the torque converter if it has a plug. The top bolts that hold the transfer case to the transmission can be a pain in the butt other than that it's pretty straight forward. I have taken mine out twice by myself but it is much easier with two people.
