whitch coller is better for an early 99 F350, the 6.0 or the v-10. seen diferent threads on both but none that state any differences. I do a lot of pulling and field driving and notice some high temps, also want to be ready for my chip.:sly thanks

The 6.0 cooler seems to be THE ONE from what I can gather. If it is not, I am sure someone will bring it to our attention.

While the V-8/V-10 cooler is larger than the OEM 7.3 cooler, the 6.0 cooler is even larger than that.

In my webshots, I have a pic of the V-8/V-10 cooler vs. the original 7.3 cooler. I'm sure someone will provide a pic comparing the V-8/V-10 cooler to the 6.0 cooler.

I saw Bartman's 6.0 cooler ready to go in his 7.3L,it's large as an AC condensor!:sweet

i need a trans cooler, i have a new transmission and do alot of pulling in houston heat!!! stop and go, a trans shop here recominds a Flex-a-Lite Heavy Duty Oil Cooler Transmission Oil/Engine
Item No: 45261 at oreillys but is there any thing bigger that i can go with or will this work, i pull a loaded down cargo trailer daily!!!!

the 6.o cooler would be the best choice for a/t cooler upgrade. the v10 is a direct replacment, but if you feel like tinkering the better is the 6.0
