That transmission hates snow plowing they overheat and thats the end.You need to do everything you can to keep that tranny cool. I have seen them come in from heavy plowing with burnt fluid coming out of the dip stick tube. You are supposed to be doing all but the lightest plowing in low transfer case gear. If you need a rebuild I have a good place .
