I also just got back from AutoZone and they were able to pull some codes off my truck finally.

DTC P1249
wastegate
Control Valve
Performance

DTC P0344
CamShaft Position
Sensor A - Bank 1
CKT Intermittent

DTC P0478
Exhaust Pressure
Control Valve
Circuit Malfunction

DTC P0340
CamShaft Position
Sensor A - Bank 1

DTC P0470
Exhaust Pressure
Sensor
Circuit Malfunction

DTC P1211
Inj Cntrl Press
Beyond Desired
(Engine Running)

I've had experience with Autozone code readers and found them to be rather lacking/ borderline useless as pertains to Powerstrokes. I consulted my AutoEnginuity program and this is what it says those codes are.
P1249 Waste Gate Control Valve Performance
P0344 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittant (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
P0478 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High
P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
P0470 Exhaust Pressure Sensor
P1211 Injector Control Pressure Higher/Lower Than Desired (engine running)

At least in this case the Autozone info seems pretty good for a change.

If it were me, I'd start with a new CPS and see how it runs after that.

The CPS is the only thing have have replaced, I did this several weeks ago that why I don't understand why this problem is still occuring, all signs point to that. After the CPS was switch the truck still performed the same. What are my odds of getting a falty CPS from ford ? If that might be the case what are teh odds they might switch it out ?

I replaced my CPS and still had the same stalling, I then changed my ICP switch and haven't had a problem since (about 7 months now) I just took a shot in the dark. Got lucky I guess, ordered the part off of EBAY and had it in 3 days. Only paid 37.50 for it. I was well worth the guess. Just my experience with it.:dunno

It's a possibility.:dunno

You may also want to inspect the wiring going to the CPS.

0470 and 0478 maybe dirty EBP sensor or plugged tube.

1211....so you have a chip, prorammer or ICP mod?

1249...do you have it electrically disconnected?

First thing this morning I'm going to check the wiring to the CPS ans the EBP sensor. Yes I do have a chip, that could explain why it is throwing the ICP code. I may not have the waste gate disconnected properly, not to sound stupid or anything but what exactly is the correct way ? I'll look into these things this morning and get back to you, thank you !

I checked the wires going to the CPS, everything appeared to be ok. I even tightend the terminals up to insure a good connection is being made. Where exactly is the EBP sersor located. Any body have any pictures of this ?
