turbo master control surging ?

Since i can't gather the funds for an ats housing i was wondering a turbo master may help my surging situation. Any input or does anyone have one to sell?

From what I know the only thing it helps with is increasing or decreasing your boost psi. If you are on a tight budget buy a wicked wheel most of the time it will eliminate all surge. You can buy one for $75-100.

I had considered that but advice advice from Jody @ dp and the fact you need to have the turbo balanced after adding the wheel scratched it off my list.
I wish someone would buy my bed locker cover so i can just get the housing.
We need a Gap, Macy's or Learners for men that offers 1 year same as cash or 0% interested so our wives can bury us in debt.

I would like the whistle of the wicked wheel .....damned it sounds good.

ive never heard of having to rebalance the turbo. how does one go about getting that done?

I had spoke to a fellow on ebay i think it was rons turbo service.
