Question Turbo master

Just seen this Westgate controller called (turbo master) (not banks unit). I run full stock 7.3 but would like a faster spool up time. and if it does give me a big difference then i will feel the truck torque up faster with less pedal, so i should get better fuel mileage? Does this really work on a stock 7.3

Being stock, the AIS intake gives you better intake CFM, but without better exhaust flow.. not sure a bigger/better waste-gate controller whould give you any of the measurable results yer hopeing for.
