just wondering where you guys notice your turbo spooling up mine dosent spool until about 2500 it whistles from 1800 up but dosent make any boost till 2500 is this normal?

Hmmmm, need more info here to understand your observations. Are you talking about 2500 RPM's under driving conditions or 2500 RPM's sitting in Park in the driveway?
