Turn on blinker head lights go out.

I'm leaning toward the blinker/dimmer switch being the problem. It doesn't seem to matter if the head light switch is in the on position or the auto. I can toggle the blinker/dimmer switch and the lights go on then off again. Anyone ever had this issue?

Might want to check out the headlight relays before you tear into the multifunction switch on the column. If one of them had a weak coil a small drop in voltage when toggling the switch might cause it to act up.
