well guys... I got this all fixed last week... apparently the trans issue was part of the whole reflash/recall thing... let me tell ya... its like driving a totally different vehicle... I hate it! its makin strange noises... the turbo doesnt kick in as quick... its a lot louder than it was before... should I take it back to the dealer and say WTF?

I would take it back and get a new flash or go back to the old program if possible. I have heard of them doing that before and returning it to the way it was previously. Good Luck and keep us posted!!!!
