Does anyone know how tall a 2011 F250 SRW 4x4 with the 20" rims is? Ford's website shows it to be 79.7" which is just a hair under 6'8" but that is "without options."

I would guess that this is only with the 16 inch rims.

Anyone have measurements for the the 20" rims?

16" wheels haven't been available since 2004 model year. In 2005 Ford switched to 17" wheels standard on F250's and 18" wheels standard on single rear wheel F350's. 20" wheels are an option on both.

ok, then height difference in the 17" vs. the 20"

3"

j/k

If you are talking over all height to top of cab of truck from teh ground, this might not change, as they tire ratio used on 20's might be so it's still the same sized tire as if it were a 17" time and tire??

Thats kind of what I was thinking, but wasn't sure. It almost seems like the ones with 20" rims sat higher and therefore were taller. Just trying to make sure the old boy would fit everywhere I drive mine now. I gotta flush all the details out before I can think about pulling the trigger :sweet

I beleive they are the same height. They change the height to width ratio to keep them the same. The look very different.

I think the 2011s are taller than my 2002 4x4. The hood seems to be at least 2 or 3 inches higher than mine. Im not sure about the top of the truck. I might just need to have my leaf springs replaced the fronts look a little flat.:dunno Do the leafs go flat or lose height after 425,000 miles?

yes, i'll agree with you on the hood being higher...it undboutedly is. I was next to one on the way home yesterday and it looks like the front fender has less height to it to allow more height for the hood and more space in the wheel well.
