Hey guys, after screwing around with this thing for what seems like forever, I finally solved the issue of my truck's wandering issues.

It always checked out good on alignment tests. Tie rods were tight. Steering box tight. Ball joints were tight.

And yet, it still wandered all over the place.

There is a sleeve where the steering links come together, and this sleeve had been partially stripped out (it is threaded to accept the links) so the steering links were able to move a bit in this sleeve, causing toe-out whenever one shifted out (which would have been any time it was driving down the road) but it would shift back in anytime i took it in (just by chance) and we couldn't find it.

Anyway, kind of scary, because I think i was on the raggedy-ass edge of losing steering 100% at any time. Just FYI for you other guys having wandering issues, you might check this sleeve for wear and replace it.
