wanna get higher

alright its an addiction everybody knows that. i have an 8 in skyjacker and 38's. well the tires will probably need to be replaced in about a yr and i just want to get all my info now. what do the DR 4.5 in hangers run as far as cost goes and what else would i have to do i.e. x over steering, driveshafts, gears, etc etc. thanks in advance

crossover steering, new shocks, new driveshafts, new gears and probably want to put some bigger meats on there too. 38's will look pretty small with a 12.5 inch lift.
