warn premium hubs.......

....to replace the auto hubs in my D50 .
I shelled one crawling up a 30 deg hill to a job.....squeals like a pig in 4X but quiet in 2X so I'm hoping all else is well

Who has done them and is $300 too much to buy them?

The place I got that price from also said I do not need the adaptor kit.....I was under the impression in order to convert auto to manual a kit was needed......

you will need the different hub/spindle nuts for the manual hubs. check ebay for a good price i see them on there a lot.

Anyone have experience with Superwinch locking hubs ?

I hear they are stronger .........and mebee better priced

finding manual hubs for these D50's is painful!

havent heard of superwinch...dont know about them being any stronger than the warns but warn makes some pretty good stuff. milemarker hubs are supposed to be pretty good too. good luck to ya.
